Telus customers may be experiencing a disruption to home and mobility services today, which may result in them being unable to access the internet, watch TV or make or receive calls.
According to the Telus.com website the impacted cities and towns include Airdrie, Calgary, Carstairs, Clearwater County, Crossfield, Innisfail, Kneehill County, Mountain View County, Red Deer County, Red Deer, Rocky Mountain House, Sundre and Three Hills.
The Telus active outage details say the problem is cable damage caused earlier today by a third party. The latest update at 4:28pm says Telus service technicians are on-site assessing the damaged cable, and there is no estimated time of restoration available at this time.
