What to do
Believe them, always take suicide seriously. Ask directly about suicide, create a safe place for them to express their feelings with you. Listen to their feelings, allow the person to express themselves in words, emotion, or silence. Get help, anyone who is suicidal needs the support of a counselor, doctor, or mental health worker.
