The 39th edition of the Agri-Trade Equipment Expo is in the books.
Show Manager Dave Fiddler called it a great three days with a full house of exhibitors and attendees in Red Deer at Westerner Park from November 8th through the 10th.
He says this year there were visitors and exhibitors from around the globe with representatives from Germany, the United States, Mexico, Nigeria, India, and Brazil.
He adds, Agri-Trade displays the latest equipment and showcases the most innovative technology to help provide opportunities for farmers to be more efficient and profitable. According to Fiddler, the Ag Innovations Competition saw the $20,000 dollar Judges Choice Award go to Spider Hitch.
The $5,000 dollar Farmers Choice Award as part of the Ag Innovations Competition went to Ground Truth Ag.
He notes that Agri-Trade is also a chance to socialize with fellow producers and discuss this year’s crops.
Fiddler explains why it continues to be the Right Show! Right Time! Right Location.
Fiddler says the dates for the 40th edition of Agri-Trade will be November 13th to the 15th of 2024.
Meantime, Fiddler adds, Westerner Park along with the Lethbridge & District Exhibition are teaming up to put on the first annual Agri-Food Innovation Expo later this month in Red Deer.
Fiddler says the dates for the Agri-Food Innovation Expo will run from November 28th through the 30th at Westerner Park in Red Deer. To register for the conference, to see the agenda for it, or for more information go online to AgriFoodExpo.ca.
